Information we collect
When you request intelligence notes, we collect your email address, subscription status, submission and consent timestamps, the applicable consent version, the source page, and confirmation status. We do not retain raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or unnecessary personal information through this form.
How we use it
We use this information to administer occasional Weatherly Reach communications, document consent, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests. We do not sell subscriber information.
Service providers and retention
Service providers may process information on our behalf for website hosting, bot protection, data storage, and email communications. They may use it only to provide those services. Subscriber records are retained while a request is pending or active, and as reasonably necessary to document and honor an unsubscribe request.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in any email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your address by contacting us.
